A Capitol Idea. Hartford Returns to the National Wine Auction Scene.

The state's most-acclaimed caterers are joining hands to perfectly pair their extraordinary cuisine with fine wines from top worldwide producers on February 29. The dine-around food and wine tasting and auction will benefit three different charities: Boundless Playgrounds, Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and Interval House.

Following the dine-around and silent auction, Michael Davis, of
Hart-Davis-Hart, will preside over a live auction featuring 100 pristine items.

Your enthusiasm and appreciation for outstanding food and wine will produce another first for Hartford.  The collaboration of three worthy charities in one event is unique and unprecedented by most fund and friend-raising standards.

This extraordinary event is possible through the vision, creativity and community commitment of the restaurant ON20 host, Richard Booth, combined with the wine acumen of Michael Davis of Hart Davis Hart auctioneers and Brian Whitney of Big Gourmet/dotcom Wines.  As our title sponsors, these individuals and their respective organizations represent some of the best in charitable giving.
